I bought three of these because I was tired of thin t-shirts. I'm a 5'8", about 150 pounds woman and the medium fit in a roomy way. (From a different seller, I bought a woman's comfort color's tee in a medium, and did not like it. It's much tighter, especially around the armpits, and it is thinner.) These are now the shirts I wear first in the laundry rotation because they're so comfy.
